Upright & Active is a class that focuses on balance and strength,. This class is ideal for people of the third generation and/or anyone recovering from injury. All ages and abilities are welcome. I tend to tailor the class differently each session so that everyone is doing something right for them. Your participation in the class can be seated or standing. We do a little bit cardio, tai chi, yoga, circuit training etc.
