Programme Overview

Mum's & Bubs Classes are designed by a pregnancy and postnatal certified trainer from Fit 4 Consumption. All exercises are safe for pregnant or postnatal women. Women need to be at least 6 weeks postpartum (12 weeks for a c-section) to participate.

Ladies can bring along their child with them to the session and they will be alongside them the whole time. If their child needs feeding or comforting during the session that's totally fine. Children can come along in a capsule or stroller if needed, the venue is spacious and stroller friendly.

Bring a water bottle for yourself, some toys or snacks for your child and come join us inside the Velodrome. It is not compulsory to bring a child to these sessions and can be attended by anyone (even if they have gone well past the baby stage) if you are wanting a low impact session.
