for homemade fruit muffins
made with fresh chopped up seasonal fruits
cut into shapes or traffic light sandwiches
instead of lollies
with oranges, lemons, and limes instead of fizzy
Freeze peeled bananas then blend together to make banana ice cream
instead of potato chips
cut into triangles to make pita bread chips
blended dried fruit, nuts, oats, and coconut
made with added grated vegetables
chicken breast crumbed in breadcrumbs and baked
with lots of added vegetables
made with yoghurt, milk, and banana
made with berries, yoghurt and sprinkled nuts
with lots of vegetables e.g. tomato, mushroom, spinach, corn, courgette
(cheese and pineapple on toothpick and stuck into an orange)
