Hamilton Squash and Tennis Club Manager

Hamilton Squash and Tennis Club was established in 1936 and offers both Squash, Tennis, and Gym facilities to its members. The club has approximately 700 Squash, Tennis and Gym members. Members can choose which code they'd like to join with or alternatively play across multiple. Facilities include a kitchen, two lounges both with bars, changing rooms, showers, a sauna, 8 x Tennis courts, 6 x squash courts, and 3 x gym rooms. Members can attend club days for both sports, full members are able to enter HSTC tournaments, represent HSTC in interclub and enjoy all the club facilities. Club members are also invited to join in a number of social events during the year, bring guests and participate in working bees from time to time. The Club also allows coaching facilities and a sports clothing and equipment shop to operate from its premises. We are the largest Squash club in the Waikato and are looking to get our Tennis side up there too.We are a friendly, family orientated club for everyone.

Requierments include:

• Previous experience in managing an office (preferably for a sports club)
• Proven ability to work independently, efficiently and to deadlines
• Maintaining a welcoming and helpful presence in the office as the face of the Club and the key point of contact for users of the Club and others (including stakeholders).
