Programme Overview
Sessions are offered Monday to Thursday, and Saturday.
People are welcome to come along to any session to have a look and maybe join in.
The Introductory Course runs for 3.5 to 4 months, after which people are encouraged to attend ongoing sessions to develop a more in-depth understanding of Taoist Tai Chi.
The Taoist Tai Chi Society is not an exercise programme, but a set of movements designed to improved health and well-being over time.
Monday 5.00 - 6.00 pm Introductory Course
Tuesday 9.30am to 10.30 am and 5.30pm to 6.30pm Ongoing Sessions
Wednesday 9.30am to 10.30 am Introductory Course
Thursday 9.30am - 10.30 am Ongoing Session
Saturday 9.00 to 10.30 Combined Introductory and Ongoing Session
