Programme Overview

Join our group to improve your strength and balance. This is an approved community strength & balance class with Live Stronger For Longer, ideal for over 65s & open to anyone, no experience needed.

We use chairs for support, balls for some fun & play music to keep us moving! Everyone goes at their own pace. Come a little early the first time to settle in, wear clothes you are comfy moving around in & please phone for a chat if you have any questions at all.
