Programme Overview

Eastern Waikato Netball Centre services the communities of Ohinewai, Huntly, Taupiri, Orini, Whitikahu, Ngaaruawaahia and Glen Massey. We are a small whaanau based Netball Centre providing opportunities for our tamariki / mokopuna to build a love and passion for our sport. We hold a Junior (Year 1 to Year 8) and Intermediate College Competition (Under 14 and Under 16) on Tuesday afternoon / evenings. Having just completed our Strategic Plan for the next five years we are looking to expand our competitions to include Senior College (Under 18) and a Summer Social League as well as the reintroduction of the ANZ FutureFernz programme. We also provide opportunities for our tamariki, rangatahi and paakeke to attend National Tournaments through our Representative Programme, catering to the age groups of Under 14, Under 16, Under 18 and Open.
