Programme Overview

At CrossFit Te Rapa we train individuals of all abilities and ages. Our goal is to work the body as a whole to help you function in everyday life.

The core of our programme combines bodyweight exercises, cardio, resistance training and gymnastics with the use of rings, kettlebells, medicine balls and more. Our workouts are intense, energetic and fun.

Monday Facility open 5:30AM-8PM. Classes run at 5:40AM, 12PM, 4:20PM, 5:30PM and 6:40PM
Tuesday Facility open 5:30AM-8PM. Classes run at 5:40AM, 12PM, 4:20PM, 5:30PM and 6:40PM
Wednesday Facility open 5:30AM-8PM. Classes run at 5:40AM, 12PM, 4:20PM, 5:30PM and 6:40PM
