A group of volunteers have come together to provide an awesome inclusive event that women and young ladies, of all fitness levels and abilities can be a part of. This is a triathlon which is untimed and focused on fun, participation and community.
The swim leg consists of swimming, walking or running in the Thames Centennial Pool for 275m. The bike leg is from Thames South School up the Kauaeranga Valley to the Christian Camp and return. The run/walk leg is 2km walk or 2.8km run. You can choose to the do the full event or get together with one or two others from your family, friends, workmates to make a team of 2 or 3 members.
