The race will start in Thames and travel in an anticlockwise direction through Tairua, Whitianga, Coromandel and back to Thames.

The Mito Q K2 is an extremely  tough race with a number of significant climbs. We would recommend that you get some training in on the course prior to the big day. 

We would also recommend that if you have any concerns about your health that you have a medical check prior to the event.
