De-stress, lose weight, boost your confidence & connect with the community with fun sessions of Zumba Dance Fitness! Newbies are always welcome - just turn up and give it a crack! Classes are suitable for all fitness levels,.

Zumba is a full-body, cardio workout so expect to be moving your legs, shoulders, arms, waist & core. Bring a water bottle, wear low-tread sneakers & clothing that's comfortable to move, stretch & sweat in. $7 per class on entry (cash only). Please note: Classes are R16.
