Programme Overview

This is a 45-minute circuit style fitness class ideal for those aged 65 years and over who have an intermediate level of fitness for their age. Every class is designed to improve your day to day functional movements, as well as increasing your range of motion and strength. You choose your own intensity in each session. Dates: Tuesday and Thursday at 8.30am during school term in the Taupo Events Centre. Fee: Free with a Fitness Studio Membership, or $5 per class to attend casually.
