A gentle yoga class done sitting in a chair & standing with support of a chair. This is ideal for people with difficulty getting on and off the floor. Yoga helps improve flexibility, posture, strength & balance. Also includes breathing, relaxation for stress reduction and overall wellbeing. This is an approved strength & balance class as part of the Live Stronger for Longer movement.
