Programme Overview
Mini Club for 3-6 year olds - A fundamental skills programme to develop movement skills for athletics. Junior Athletics (7-9) a progression in to athletics with a focus on fundamental skills for Run, Jump & Throw events. Senior (10+) further skills development. All welcome, we cater for all abilities and interest levels recreational through to competitive.
Tuesday Children 5.30pm Senior (10+) 6.15pm - October through to March
