Wanting to get out there and walk during the week but you work during the day? Well these are the walking groups for you! Sandie is on her own journey to lose weight and wants to help you out too. She is starting up two walking groups during the week at 4pm. Bring along the family and lets all walk together!
If you are just starting to get out and walk and can only walk shorter distances, aprox 1km then join Sandie on a Monday afternoon at 4pm. This will be starting on the 27th of August, then fortnightly. Contact Sandie for the location!
If you enjoy walking and would like to walk longer distances then join Sandie on Wednesdays at 4pm. This group starts on the 29th August and will go every week, contact Sandie for the location of the walk, Location will change.
Sandie could be open to weekend walks so keep that in mind :)
