Run NZ Run is a range of Virtual Runs held throughout the year. Many of the Virtual runs will be held on Specific Days of the year, or challenges over a period of time or kilometers. The aim is to have as many people throughout New Zealand out running and walking for the benefit of their health.
We have ongoing events to keep you motivated with Run the South, Run the North and Run NZ. There is no time limit for these. Take as long as you want. The goal is to run the length of New Zealand.
When you've run the South Island - 920km, you can receive the South Island Medal.
Run the North Island - 1062km, you can receive the North Island Medal.
When you've run both - 1982km you can then receive the New Zealand Medal.

The Entry Fee to all runs is FREE unless we have a specific fundraiser happening. You have the choice of purchasing a medal, a t-shirt or both is optional.
