Belly dance involves moving the whole body especially the hips in ways you haven’t before, using muscles you didn’t know existed and challenging your body in new exciting ways.
It’s a great way to become more toned, flexible and confident while moving your body gracefully to music. You will learn basic belly dance movements and build on them each week, practising the new moves in short drill exercises to keep it fun and achievable.
