"After years of being a passionate social touch player which never felt like an effort, I’m more likely now to want to climb a mountain (or large hill!) and lift weights in the gym. I love that we can shift and change to adapt to our lifestyle and capacity, and there are so many ways to be active that make you feel amazing. Giving new things a go is the key to finding what you love to do.
I’m reminded every time I get active why I do it because of the way it make me feel – more motivated, happier, more inclined to eat well, less inclined to need a lie down and less inclined to feel the effects of ageing!"
