“Leaving the competitive dance environment I started including various forms of physical activity into my lifestyle. From heading to the gym during the work week, focusing on building strength and executing great form, to hiking mountains and trails on the weekends and exploring our beautiful country. If I’m not exploring or at the gym, I make sure to incorporate yoga and mindful movement.
No one ever regrets going for a run, walk, bike, going to the gym or taking 10 minutes to stretch. Being physically active is a feeling that never gets old and it makes me feel great both mentally and physically. I love the endorphins and feeling a sense of achievement at the end of the day.”
