“I have always had the privilege of playing multiple sports and giving new activities a go! I really enjoy playing team sport like netball, hockey and touch rugby, but also thrive working out on my own by running and gyming! I always feel great after exercising, like I’ve accomplished something good for my mind and body.
Like many areas in my life, I go through phases where I am exercising every day, and other phases where I only workout once or twice a week. The key is to never put too much pressure on myself, but to instead enjoy the moment and move my body the way I want to!”
Katelin provides all round communications and marketing support to the Communications & Marketing team, along with the wider organisation – managing the social media implementation and generating quality written and visual content for all Sport Waikato marketing channels.
