Baby and You: A fantastic 3 week course which covers learning for life, infant CPR, feeding, sleeping, crying, infant massage, mum's and baby's health.

Moving and Munching: is a wonderful course run over 2 sessions which covers physical development now your baby is moving more and provides information on starting solids. Everything you need to know when you have a new baby!
