Event Sanctioning Process and Date Guidelines

For events to be included in the 2013 Waikato Secondary School Calendar, the events must be sanctioned by the CNISSPA.

Please use the following forms to apply for sanctioning for your events.  You must complete the top section of the form informing of your adherence to the requirements, then scroll down to fill out the "one off events" sanction form and/or "regular competition" sanction form.  If events are not sanctioned by CNISSPA, schools will not send athletes to the event.

Please tick to adhere to the following criteria  :	The event is available to all secondary schools and to all of their students (Year 9-13) Dates and venues confirmed here will not be changed without consultation with CNISSPA Officials of a standard suitable for this level of competition will be provided A disputes resolution process is in place and clearly described to participants Entry forms will indicate the event is sanctioned by CNISSPA and be provided for access to school at least 6 weeks prior to the event An event report will be provided to CNISSPA within 10 weeks of the event completion All printed or electronic material will incorporate the Sport Waikato/CNISSPA logo to indicate sanctioning
* Endorsement  :	The event organiser is the Regional Sports Organisation (RSO) or NSO The RSO/NSO has delegated the event to another organisation The event organiser is neither of the above and a letter of RSO/NSO endorsement is provided (please select one)
Safety  :	The event is presented as a Smoke, Drug and Alcohol free event The venue is appropriate for this level of competition The events organisers have completed an appropriate Risk Management Assessment (please select to accept criteria)
Eligibility  :	Students will be enrolled full time at the school of representation Students will be Yr9 or above (or if Yr7-8 students eligible, stated in entry conditions) Students will be under 19 years of age on 1 January in the year of competition Entry Forms will include a section for the Principal to verify student eligibility and ensure adherance to the NZSSSC quota list.
