Dale started full time as SportsForce Netball Development Officer in January 2010. She is currently the Assistant Coach of the Waikato Under 19 Red team, and Assistant Coach of the St Paul’s Collegiate Open A Netball team in Hamilton who were Waikato Secondary School Champs in 2009.

She is very passionate about netball, especially grass roots netball, in all aspects of the game and has been actively involved with coaching and player development, at all levels for many years.
