437 KBDale started full time as SportsForce Netball Development Officer in January 2010. She is currently the Assistant Coach of the Waikato Under 19 Red team, and Assistant Coach of the St Paul’s Collegiate Open A Netball team in Hamilton who were Waikato Secondary School Champs in 2009.
She is very passionate about netball, especially grass roots netball, in all aspects of the game and has been actively involved with coaching and player development, at all levels for many years.
Coach Development Programme - Changes Netball New Zealand has recently changed the structure of the Coach Development Programme. For new coaches the first step is the Starting Out in Coaching courses followed by 2 compulsory modules.
1. "Understanding the Player" available to download here. For Coaches who hold their Level 1 and Level 2 Coaching Award, NNZ recommend that you attend a Player Centered Coaching course prior to attending any of the modules.
