Coach Development Programme - Changes

Netball New Zealand has recently changed the structure of the Coach Development Programme. For new coaches the first step is the Starting Out in Coaching courses followed by 2 compulsory modules.

1.   "Understanding the Player" available to download here.
2.   "Player Centered Coaching" which will be held at various venues, view here.

For Coaches who hold their Level 1 and Level 2 Coaching Award, NNZ recommend that you attend a Player Centered Coaching course prior to attending any of the modules.
