We operate the Run, Jump, Throw programme for children from 5 to 12 years old. We also have a short programme to cater for tiny tots up to 4 years old.

Club nights are every Tuesday starting at 6:30pm, finishing at 7pm for the under 5's and 7:30pm for the 5 to 14's.
