Commonwealth Gold Medallist 2006.
Highest World Ranking of No 7 in 2004.
Represented Great Britain in 2004 & 2008 Olympic Games.
Represented England in 3 Commonwealth Games 1998, 2002, 2006. Winning total of 3 gold medals, 2 silver and a bronze.

Tto inspire school aged children to pick up a badminton racket and give it a go.
You never know they might surprise themselves and one day find themselves representing their Country which is what happened to me!

Going to the beach as where I used to live in the UK was one of the furthest places from the beach!! Going the Movies.
