Programme Overview

Iyengar yoga and Hatha yoga. Restorative yoga for body and mind. Morning and evening classes available on selected days. $10 per class. 2018 brings new ideas and motions into place.

Be on the look out for a new yoga class called "Yoga by Street Light" held on one Saturday per month at 7-10pm. After school holiday programmes are also in discussion.

Tuesday & Thursday: 10.30am - 12pm and 6pm - 7.30pm
Friday & Saturday: 10.30am - 12pm
