Be Fit Whangamata is welcomes all ages to come along to get involved - there is a class for everyone!

Monday/Wednesday/Friday
8:30am - this is a fast paced fit class to get your morning started
9am - this class is a bit more on the slower pace involving a video from the heart foundation
9:30am - this class focuses on Strength and Flexibility. Floor exercises.

All classes held at the Whangamata Club and are FREE to members. Membership of the club is only $35 per year. A very social club with lots of activities on offer.
