The Sport Waikato Active Communities team works to encourage more Waikato people to be more active, more often. You might think there isn’t enough time in your day to fit in 30 minutes of physical activity. But there are 1,440 minutes in a day and you only have to find 30 of them to become active. And remember you can ‘snack’ on physical activity and ‘feast’ on the benefits. By ‘snacking’ on physical activity everyday you can build up your levels of physical activity.
